We wrote this in plain English because you deserve to understand what happens with your data. No legal gymnastics, no hidden surprises.
🔒 We do not sell your data. Ever. Full stop.
What We Collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up
- Amazon API data: advertising performance metrics, sales data, inventory levels, and campaign data — pulled from Amazon's SP-API and Advertising API on your behalf
- Usage data: pages you visit, features you use, and general product analytics to help us improve
- Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
How We Use It
- To provide the Calbridge service — dashboards, analytics, AI decisions, and write-back actions
- To improve the product — understanding which features get used and what breaks
- To send transactional emails — things like receipts, alerts, and account notices (not marketing spam)
- To comply with legal obligations if required
Where Your Data Lives
We store data in two places, both in the United States:
- Snowflake (US region): your Amazon analytics data and account records
- Azure (US West): application servers and session data
Third Parties We Use
- Amazon (SP-API / Advertising API): to fetch your account data. Your Amazon credentials are stored as OAuth tokens — we never see your Amazon password.
- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Resend: transactional email delivery (receipts, alerts, password resets).
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
- Access your data: email us and we'll send you an export
- Delete your account: email us and we'll delete everything within 30 days
- Correct your information: update it yourself in account settings or email us
- Opt out of usage analytics: email us and we'll exclude your account
To exercise any of these rights: abe@teamcalbridge.com
Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation (so you can reactivate without losing history). After that, it's deleted. Amazon API data is refreshed on a rolling basis per your subscription plan.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage for sensitive tokens, and access controls so only the systems that need your data can see it. We're a small team — if something goes wrong, you'll hear about it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
